Pricing

Start with a pilot. Subscribe per deployment.

There is no price list to compare against, because no two deployments carry the same volume. Pricing follows two steps, and every subscription is sized to the deployment it covers.

First

A pilot on your own questions

A time-boxed pilot with a defined scope: your questions and, if you choose, your own approved content — then a review of where the assistant answered, cited and declined.

Then

An annual subscription per deployment

Each deployment — a brand site, a hub portal, a medical information channel — is an annual subscription, sized to the conversation volume you expect.

What a subscription covers

The platform, and the work that keeps it safe.

  • The platform and its safeguards, including the guardrails no deployment can switch off.
  • The graded source corpus, and its upkeep as sources change.
  • Configuration of your scope, keys and origins, and of adverse-event detection and routing.
  • Analytics on what patients ask and where answers fall short.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

Do you publish prices?
Not as a list. Each subscription is sized to the deployment and the conversation volume you expect, so the useful starting point is a scoped pilot.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide whether to continue. Continuing moves the deployment onto an annual subscription, sized from what the pilot showed.

Scope a pilot.

Tell us which deployment you have in mind, and we will scope a pilot around your own questions.
